For sellers
Sell your home.
If your home has a great kitchen, great bathrooms, and no carpet, it belongs on Estate. Sell it yourself and manage the sale from one place, or have your listing agent publish it here.
What it costs
Listing on Estate is currently free. No commission and no percentage of the sale.
Five steps to publish
01
Address
Start with the address of the property you are selling.
02
Property details
Property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, interior size, lot size, year built, and your own description.
03
Photographs
Upload your photographs of the property, including the kitchen and bathrooms.
04
Asking price
You decide the number. The reference collection is there to inform it, not to set it.
05
Review and publish
Check everything, then publish. Your listing goes live with its own page and address.
After you publish
Receive enquiries
Buyers contact you directly through your listing page. Messages arrive in your Estate account.
Manage the sale
You decide who to reply to, what to negotiate, and when to withdraw the listing.
Complete the transaction
Bring in title, escrow, inspection, and legal services as your sale requires.
Use the professionals you need.
Buying and selling property involves contracts, title, disclosures, financing, inspections, appraisals, escrow, and local law. Estate is designed so these services can be brought into your sale when you need them, whether or not you work with an agent.
